These terms are an agreement between you and Feridun Çoğalan, an individual seller trading as Pleniva ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Pleniva you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age in your country to use the service.
Pleniva is an app that estimates the food, portions and nutrients in your meals using AI, and tracks water, workouts and body measurements. AI estimates can be inaccurate and are not medical or dietary advice. Check results and talk to a doctor or dietitian before making health decisions.
Provide accurate information, keep your login confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account.
Free, Pro and Ultimate plans have the features and daily scan limits shown in the app. Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You can cancel any time from "Manage subscription". You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Plan changes apply immediately and are prorated.
Ultimate Lifetime is a one-time payment that unlocks Ultimate features on your account, with no renewals. "Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Pleniva service, not the lifetime of the buyer. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email, and the Lifetime licence ends when the service ends, without any refund obligation beyond what applicable law and Paddle's Buyer Terms require. Lifetime is tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Features, AI providers and limits may change over time, and fair-use limits may apply to prevent abuse (for example automated or excessive scanning).
You must not use the service unlawfully; for fraud or spam; to infringe anyone's intellectual property; to upload illegal or harmful content; or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing scan limits). You are responsible for the photos and text you submit and must have the right to use them.
We own the Pleniva app, software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app within your plan. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to process it only to provide the service.
We may suspend or close your account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. When your account ends, your data is deleted.
The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties, are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
